Personally, and professionally, I have been using more sticky notes - classic, but so useful! When I read a quote, or hear a speaker use a phrase that really makes me stop and reflect, I'll put it on a sticky note and affix it to my desk or laptop. Once that saying no longer resonates, I'll take it down - but until then, I keep it front and center. I've found this to be far more useful than writing them down in a notebook that I may or may not reference again.

The trend that is upending us all is Artificial Intelligence - whether you realize you are using it or not, it’s part of our daily lives. 

🤔 Challenging/Surprising Trends: 

We have so many sources of new information via and about AI, and I think the most challenging part is trying to learn it all – or the nuances of each of them while keeping up with our day-to-day responsibilities.

💡 A Transformative Experience:

My connections have been the most transformative in my own professional development - the amazing people in the world around us are the best sources for new books, habits, and strategies. There's a world of information out there if you start asking the right people a few questions to show your interest.
