A Maritz Travel team member since 1989, Mary Clare manages a seasoned team of buyers who source, negotiate and contract worldwide with suppliers on behalf of their clients. With 29 years of industry experience, Mary Clare is respected among her peers, team and industry colleagues as a skilled negotiator, trusted adviser and client advocate. As past chair and current member of the Maritz Global Events’ human trafficking committee, Mary Clare strives to raise awareness of the issue, as well as support of organizations dedicated to supporting victims of human trafficking and eradicating the practice. She has recently joined the ECPAT-USA TMC/M&E Advisory Committee, which will focus on human trafficking training in the hospitality industry


Mary Clare’s began her work with SITE in 2011, formally joining in 2015. She served as the SITE NITE North America chair in 2016, 2017 and remains involved with the 2018 event. Mary Clare also assisted with the formation of SITE Midwest, and now is VP of Sponsorship for SITE Midwest.

She is a new SITE member despite her 18 years tenure in the hospitality business.

Liz has been in the Hospitality Industry for more than 17 years with expertise in event planning, incentive travel, non-profits, production, and speaker management. She received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University with a major in Tourism and a minor in Business, then launched her career with Maritz Travel Company, one of the top meeting planning and incentive travel companies in the world.  By the time she left Maritz, Liz had risen to the position of Travel Account Manager of the Nissan account, equipped for a new role with Equanimity, Inc., a speaker bureau focusing on corporate training and events. As an Account Executive there, she not only sold and managed speakers and events, but contributed significantly to the overall growth and development of the company.


Liz joined Unbridled in 2011 as an Account Manager, quickly excelling to Director of Operations by 2013 and Vice President of Operations by 2015. Responsible for overseeing program operations and registration services for as many as 300 client events annually, Liz is known as a mentor to her team of over 20 people and and a dedicated advocate for Unbridled in the event industry. Her knowledge, integrity, leadership experience, and commitment to client satisfaction are main contributors to the successful growth of her professional career.


Susan has been involved in incentives and travel rewards for several years and joined the Performance Strategies, Inc. team as a program manager in 2013.  With a true passion for the hospitality industry, she loves the art of providing exceptional service through once-in-a-lifetime experiences.  She has been involved with program operations from development through execution and enjoys the challenge of bringing creativity to special events and incentive programs.


Susan has been a member of SITE since 2014 and has been quick to get involved with the organization.  She is honored to serve as Vice President of Communications for the SITE Midwest USA chapter.

Stan has been focused on the group and incentive segment since 1996.  His current role is Team Lead Incentive Accounts for InterContinental Hotels Group, a global role with dual responsibilities for team leadership and account management.  He provides oversight and direction for Starwood's 11 Hawaii resorts.


He has been a SITE member since 2004 and currently serves as co-chair for the SITE Classic.
